Privacy Policy
This policy explains what HIFI Pest Control collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 16 September 2026.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, and email address you enter, the service you select, and any detail you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from, the page that referred you, and any campaign tags in the web address, so we know where enquiries come from.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any sensitive information through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, quote the work, schedule a visit, and keep a record of the service we provided at your property. Where you have ticked the reminder boxes on the form, we also use your contact details to send service reminders.
Marketing consent
The reminder checkboxes on our forms are unticked by default. We only send marketing or reminder messages if you tick them. Your choice is stored alongside the enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message, or by emailing info@hifipestcontrol.com.au. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to contact you about work you have booked.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our booking records, and where we are required to by law. Our technicians see the detail needed to attend your job.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and service records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies only where they are needed for the site to work. If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hifipestcontrol.com.au or call 1300 160 325. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can refer it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
